Police have launched an investigation after a man was shot in Sydney’s west tonight, NSW Police say.
Just before 9pm, today, emergency services were called to a house on Fantail Crescent, Erskine Park, following reports of shots fired.
On arrival, officers located a 25-year-old man with several gunshot wounds.
The man was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Officers attached to St Marys Local Area Command established a crime scene and commenced an investigation.
Police are urging anyone with any information to contact Crime Stopers.
