NSW police seek info after firearms stolen near Wollongong

Police are appealing for public information after firearms were stolen from a property near Wollongong, NSW Police say.

Between 9am and 1pm yesterday (Friday 2 March 2018), a property on Reserve Street, Keiraville, was broken into.

Seven firearms were stolen from a gun safe.

The occupants notified police once they noticed the items were missing.

The incident follows a break and enter that occurred on Thursday 1 March 2018 at the same property, where a number of items were stolen.

Officers attached to Wollongong Police District commenced investigations and are urging anyone with information that may assist to come forward.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
