NSW police seek info following an armed robbery at Orange

Police are appealing for information after an armed robbery at licensed premises in Orange yesterday, NSW Police say.

Police have been told just after 8pm yesterday, two men wearing dark clothing and with their faces covered, entered the premises on Warrendine Street, near the intersection of Sale Street and allegedly threatened staff with a firearm.

It is alleged one of the men demanded an employee open the till and hand over cash.

Both men then fled in a stolen vehicle which was later located at Elephant Park.

Investigators would like to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity of Elephant Park about 8pm yesterday.

Police are urging anyone with information that may assist police to call Crime Stoppers.
