NSW woman charged over fatal crash at Wilton

A woman has been charged over a fatal crash at Wilton earlier this year, NSW Police say.

Emergency services were called to Picton Road about 2.45pm on Sunday 7 February 2016, following a crash involving a utility, a Jeep and a 4WD.

The driver of the 4WD, a 75-year-old man, died at the scene.

The two other drivers were taken to hospital for treatment.

Officers from the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit have been investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Following inquiries, the 45-year-old female Jeep driver was issued a future court attendance notice for the following offences:

- Dangerous driving occasioning death;

- Negligent driving occasioning death;

- Cause bodily harm by misconduct; and

- Not keep left of dividing lane.

The North Wollongong woman will appear at Picton Local Court on 28 June 2016.
