A police officer has been charged following an investigation into a report of stalk and intimidate.
Officers from Ryde Police Area Command have been investigating two incidents reported to have occurred at Ryde between March and May this year.
Following inquiries, a 24-year-old male constable – who is attached to a command in the Central Metropolitan Region – was yesterday (Tuesday 11 May 2021), charged with stalk/intimidate intend fear physical harm (domestic).
The officer is due to appear before Hornsby Local Court on Tuesday 25 May 2021.
