A police officer has been charged with perverting the course of justice, NSW Police say.
The 35-year-old senior constable, who is attached to the South West Metropolitan Region, was issued a Future Court Attendance Notice yesterday (Thursday 27 September 2018), for make false statement on oath amounting to perjury, and do act with intent to pervert the course of justice.
She is due to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday 6 November 2018.
The officer has been suspended without pay.
