A 39-year-old male officer from Central Region has been issued a Notice To Appear (NTA) for breaching provisions of the Drugs Misuse Act 1986 and will appear in Maroochydore Magistrates Court on August 2.
The officer has been stood down from official duty with the Queensland Police Service.
