Our Online Lodgment Service (OLS) may be temporarily unavailable at times over the weekend due to scheduled maintenance.
Disruptions will occur between 9:00am (AEDT) and 5:00pm (AEDT) Saturday, 25 November 2023.
During this time users may be unable to register for the OLS or lodge new applications.
It is important to be aware that some applications must be lodged within a specific timeframe. You can find information about these timeframes on the Deadlines page on our website.
If you need to lodge an application while the OLS is down for maintenance, you can download and email a completed application to one of our offices.
Copies of our application forms are available to download from our Forms page.
