Oregon State Board of Trustees to meet December 10

CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Oregon State University Board of Trustees will meet Friday, Dec. 10 to consider an update to the proposed presidential search timeline and process; elect board officers; and consider the appointment of the board secretary.

The meeting will be held remotely from 8 a.m. to noon and is open to the public.

Trustees also will hear a progress report from the Office of Audit, Risk and Compliance; consider the 2022 work plan for the Executive & Audit Committee; and consider approval of a capital project related to the Reser Stadium videoboard. The board also will hear an update on public safety efforts and receive reports on all hazards planning, compliance and ethics, and from the Office of General Counsel.

Members of the public can join the meeting through a remote conferencing service. Room 207 within the university's Memorial Union will be open to members of the public as a site for listening to the meeting. The Memorial Union is located at 2501 S.W. Jefferson Way on Oregon State's Corvallis campus. Options for joining the meeting and instructions for providing comment during a testimony period held before the board votes on each action item are located under "Meeting Details" at this webpage.
