Sellafield Ltd and Lane4 have won a prestigious Brandon Hall Group gold learning excellence award in the category of best blended learning programme for the LE3AD programme and virtual learning environment.

The award recognises that the multi-year blended learning LE3AD programme successfully delivered learning through digital content and face to face learning, resulting in measurable, industry-leading benefits for the delegates and the organisation as a whole.
The ongoing programme is supported by a bespoke Virtual Learning Environment created by leading digital specialist, LEO Learning. It forms the central hub of the programme, a digital environment which allows delegates to personalise their learning experience accessing a suite of digital content, learning materials and practical tools 'on the go'.
