Police have arrested a man and a woman in following the alleged discovery of a cannabis crop at Craigieburn this morning, Victoria Police say.
It’s alleged Fawkner Divisional Response Unit located a number of cannabis plants following the execution a search warrant at a Craigieburn home about 8.00am.
A 25-year-old man and 20-year-old woman, both of Craigieburn were arrested at the scene.
The pair have been bailed to appear at Broadmeadows Magistrates’ Court on 28 August charged with cultivate narcotic plant, traffick a drug of dependence, possess cannabis, theft and possess proceeds of crime.
