Pair rescued from Mount Buller

The Air Wing have located a man and a woman who were lost on Mount Buller on Sunday night.

The pair from Adelaide were hiking near Eagles Peak on Sunday afternoon when they became disorientated.

They managed to contact emergency services around 11.45pm and a search commenced.

Officers searched throughout the night and the Air Wing and members from Search and Rescue arrived to assist early Monday morning.

The Air Wing located the pair about 9.45am near Eagles Peak Track and returned them to Horse Field Carpark where they were checked by ambulance crews.

The pair were found to be in good health.
