Following the extensive damage to parking meters across Swan Hill Rural City Council, meters have been repaired and recently reactivated.
Council's Coordinator Public Health and Regulatory Services, Kelsey Corrie said that parking meter infringement notices would recommence from Monday, 5 June.
"From Monday, 5 June fines will begin being issued to those not displaying a valid parking ticket or obeying the signage.
"Parking turnover is important to ensure customers can easily visit local businesses and access services they need," Ms Corrie said.
