Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Paul Doyle.
The 49-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to comply with a court order.
He is known to frequent the Laverton and Point Cook areas.
Doyle is described as having a slim build with thinning brown hair and a moustache and beard.
Investigators have released an image of Doyle in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
