Pedestrian dies after crash - Roseville

A pedestrian has died following a crash on Sydney's North Shore.

About 7.00am today (Sunday 11 June 2023), emergency services were called to Boundary Street and Wandella Avenue, Roseville, following reports of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle.

Officers attached to North Shore Police Area Command attended and found a pedestrian – a woman believed to be aged in her 70s – had suffered critical injuries and was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics, before she was pronounced deceased.

The driver of the Mitsubishi wagon – a man aged in his 50s – was not injured and was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.

Police have established a crime scene which will be forensically examined by specialist police.
