A pedestrian has been seriously injured after a crash in Sydney's east today.
About 9.40am today (Monday 24 August 2026), emergency services responded to reports that a woman had been hit by a vehicle in the driveway of a service station on the corner of Anzac Parade and High Street, Kensington.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the 46-year-old woman at the scene before she was taken to St Vincents Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The driver and sole occupant of the white BYD utility – a 39-year-old man – was taken to Prince of Wales Hospital for mandatory testing.
Officers from Eastern Beaches Police Area Command established a crime scene that was examined by specialist police from the Crash Investigation Unit.
