Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Peter Haar.
The 50-year-old was last seen at an address in Robert Street Traralgon on Saturday 16 May about midday.
He left the address in a silver Toyota Prado with registration TQI471 and hasn't been seen since.
Police and family hold concerns for Peter's welfare due to a medical condition and his behaviour is out of character.
Images of Peter have been released in the hope someone may recognise him and provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Peter is described as Aboriginal in appearance, with a solid build and is bald.
Anyone who sights Peter and or his silver Prado is urged to call Triple Zero (000) or with information to contact Traralgon Police on 5172 2700.
