Pharmacy robbery at Smithfield, SA

Police are searching the Smithfield area after a man robbed a pharmacy this evening, according to SA Police.

Just before 8.30pm on Tuesday 11 September, a man entered a pharmacy on Main North Road near Uley Road, threatened staff and fled with prescription drugs.

No weapons was sighted and no person was physically injured in the robbery.

The male suspect is described as Caucasian, 175cms, with a medium build, unshaven with light brown facial hair, wearing a dark coloured hooded top, blue trousers and a red cap.

He was last seen heading north along the Main North Road.
