Pillion Passenger Seriously Injured In Crash - Carlton

A motorcycle passenger has been seriously injured after a crash in Sydney's south.

About 1pm today (Saturday 7 March 2026), emergency services responded to reports of a crash involving a car and a motorcycle along the Princess Highway, Carlton.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the rider – a 22-year-old man – who was taken to hospital in a stable condition.

The passenger – a 31-year-old woman – was taken to St George Hospital in a critical condition.

The driver of the car – a 25-year-old man – was uninjured. He was taken to St George Hospital for mandatory testing.

Officers from St George Police Area Command secured a crime scene which was examined by specialist police from the Crash Investigation Unit.
