Children and their parents/carers will be pleased to know that playgrounds across Latrobe City will re-open to the public on Monday, September 14.
This comes as some coronavirus restrictions are eased in regional Victoria.
Parents/carers are reminded they must still wear face masks and maintain physical distancing of 1.5m while at playgrounds.
Please remember to wash your hands - and your children's - before and after attending a playground.
Keep our playgrounds safe by not attending if you are feeling unwell, have symptoms of COVID-19 (such as shortness of breath and a cough), and have been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting your results.
Latrobe City Council staff will remove 'closed' signage as they get around to all playground facilities.
