Police Academy Spreads Christmas Joy to Needy Kids

Staff and students at the Police Academy have joined forces to bring joy to disadvantaged children this Christmas.

In a generous display of festive spirit, a wide range of toys were donated to St Vincent de Paul to support families doing it tough during the holiday season.

The gifts, collected this week by Grant Smyth from St Vincent de Paul, will be sorted by Vinnies volunteers and distributed to boys and girls across South Australia.

Sergeant Henry from the Police Academy said the initiative was a heartwarming opportunity for everyone to come together and give back to the community.

"It's incredibly heartwarming to see our staff and students come together to support families who need a little extra help at Christmas. These gifts will make a real difference, and we're proud to play a small part in bringing joy to children across the community."
