Police appeal after aggravated break and enter near Canberra

Police are appealing for information following an aggravated break and enter at a service station in the state's south east.

About 2.15am last Wednesday (2 October 2019) two unknown men broke into a service station in Michelago, just south of Canberra.

The two men allegedly stole a number of items including cash, cigarettes, tobacco products and accessories, before fleeing in a white hatch back.

The first man has been described as approximately 170-180cm with a slim build, and was wearing a white t-shirt, grey jacket, long black pants, black shoes and black balaclava at the time of the alleged offence.

The second man has been described as approximately 170-180cm with a slim build, and was wearing a light-coloured hoodie jumper, light coloured track pants with a white stripe and white shoes at the time.

Police have released CCTV of the alleged offenders and are appealing for anyone who may have seen the two men to contact Monaro Police District on (02) 6298 0514.
