Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Torquay man Harvey.
The 58-year-old was last seen on Koomeela Rise about 9.15pm on Sunday, 6 July.
Police and family hold concerns for Harvey's wellbeing due to the amount of time he has been missing, and as his disappearance is out of character.
Harvey is described as being approximately 177cm tall and is of medium build.
He was last seen wearing a black top, black pants and aqua blue and yellow 'Hoka' runners.
Harvey is known to frequent Whites Beach and Jan Juc Beach, both in Torquay.
An image of Harvey, as well as his distinctive shoes, has been released in the hope it will assist in locating him.
