Police appeal for missing man - Arncliffe

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from southern Sydney.

Shang Xiong Chen, aged 93, lives in Arncliffe and left his home about 4.30pm yesterday (Wednesday 1 April 2020)

When he failed to return home, officers from St George Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him

Mr Chen is known to be a frequent traveller of trains and was last seen to exit Flemington train station at 6.10pm yesterday.

Family and police hold serious concerns for Shang's welfare due to his age and medical condition.

Mr Chen is described as being of Asian appearance, about 160cm tall, of a thin build, with short grey hair.

It is believed he was wearing a black jumper, dark grey trackpants , and possible carrying luggage or brown walking trolley.
