Police appeal for witnesses in Yarrabilba, QLD

The Forensic Crash Unit is appealing for anyone who may have witnessed a serious traffic crash in Yarrabilba on Wednesday afternoon to contact them, Queensland Police say.

Around 4pm on November 30 a black Toyota Hilux and a grey Volkswagen Golf collided at the intersection of Waterford Tamborine Road and Williamson Road in Yarrabilba.

The 18-year-old male driver of the Toyota was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The 60-year-old female driver of the Volkswagen was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with serious injuries to her neck.

Anyone that may have witnessed the crash, has any dash cam footage or any information in relation to the incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers or Policelink on 131 444.
