Police appeal to find man missing from Sydney's north 13 March

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's north.

John Rogan, aged 56, was last seen at his home on Dee Why Parade, Dee Why, on Wednesday 23 February 2022, when he told family he was travelling north for a holiday but didn't specify an exact location.

When he failed to return home on Wednesday this week (9 March 2022) as planned, he was reported missing to police.

Officers from Northern Beaches Police Area Command have commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family have concerns for John's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.

John is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm to 180cm tall, of solid build, with tanned skin and short brown curly hair.

It is not known what he was last seen wearing.
