Police appeal to find missing man - Concord

PLEASE NOTE: An image of the missing man has been posted on the NSW Police social media pages.

Police are appealing for assistance to find a man missing from Sydney's west.

Denis Burke, aged 78, was last seen at a hospital at Concord on Sunday (18 July 2021), and hasn't been seen since.

Officers from Burwood Police Area Command were contacted and commenced inquiries.

Police have concerns for Mr Burke's welfare as he has a medical condition.

He is known to travel on the rail network and to frequent the Sydney CBD.

Mr Burke is described as being of Caucasian appearance with a fair complexion and grey hair; he is about 175cm tall with a thin build. At the time he was last seen he was wearing a black puffer jacket and black jeans.

Anyone who may have seen Mr Burke or knows of his whereabouts is urged to call Burwood Police or Crime Stoppers.
