Police appeal to find missing man - Lidcombe

PLEASE NOTE: An image of the missing man has been posted on the NSW Police social media pages.

Police are appealing for assistance to find a man missing from Sydney's western suburbs.

Tafa Misionare, aged 71, was last seen in John Street, Lidcombe, on Tuesday (25 May 2021).

Officers from Auburn Police Area Command were alerted and commenced inquiries.

Police have concerns for Mr Misionare's welfare as he has medical condition.

Mr Misionare is described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, dark complexion, short dark hair, about 175cm tall and solid build.

There is no description as to what he was last seen wearing.

He is known to frequent the Doonside and Lidcombe areas.
