Police appeal to find missing woman and children

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman and two children who went missing from Sydney's west.

Sarah Cooper, aged 26, was last seen leaving The Children's Hospital at Westmead with her two young children – Louis and Ivar, aged four and one ­– on Sunday (4 April 2021).

Concerns are held for their welfare as the children had been receiving treatment following a house fire and may still be in need of medical attention.

Sarah is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 170cm to 175cm tall, with a thin build and brown hair.

The eldest boy is described as being of Caucasian appearance with blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a brown t-shirt with a motif on the front.

The younger child is of Caucasian appearance with red-brown hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and possibly being pushed in a red stroller.

It's believed Sarah may be in the Taree or Newcastle areas.
