Police appeal to find woman missing from West Nowra

Police are appealing for assistance from the public to find a woman missing from her South Coast home.

Officers from South Coast Police District have been told 76-year-old Barbara Ulrick left her West Nowra home about 8.20am (Saturday 11 July 2020) to go for a walk but hasn't been seen since.

Police and her family have concerns for her well-being due to her age and pre-existing medical conditions.

Barbara is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall with a very slim build, short grey/white hair and blue eyes. She was wearing prescription spectacles.

Police are co-ordinating a search of bushland and the surrounding area of West Nowra with the assistance of SES and the Dog Squad.

It's not known what clothing she was wearing when she left.

Anyone with information about this incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers: 1800 333 000 or https://nsw.crimestoppers.com.au. Information is treated in strict confidence.
