Police appeal to locate boy missing from Revesby

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney's south.

Baka Gamanga, aged 12, was last seen at Bankstown train station at about 12pm yesterday (Saturday 27 January 2024).

When he couldn't be contacted or located, officers from Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Baka's welfare due to his age.

He is described as being of African appearance, about 160cm tall, thin build, with bleached blond hair.

Baka was last seen wearing a blue tracksuit and white shoes.

He is known to frequent the Revesby, Picnic Point and Bankstown areas.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to contact Bankstown Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
