Police appeal to locate elderly missing man in Katoomba

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate an elderly man missing from Katoomba, NSW Police say.

Paul Bohm, 89, was last seen at Katoomba Hospital about 6.25pm today (Wednesday 28 March 2018).

There are grave concerns for the welfare of Mr Bohm as he is frail and suffers from a medical condition.

Police are asking the public to keep a lookout for Mr Bohm and contact them immediately if they see him. He is from the Wentworth Falls area.

Mr Bohm is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall with a slim build and has grey hair.

He was last seen wearing a yellow and black shirt, khaki pants and black shoes.

Anyone who knows of his whereabouts should contact triple zero (000).

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
