Police appeal to locate elderly woman missing from Leeton

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an elderly woman missing from the state's Riverina region.

Barbara Wilson, aged 83, was last seen at a home on Celtis Place, Leeton, on Saturday 28 May 2022.

Unable to be located since, family reported her missing to officers attached to Murrumbidgee Police District about 10am today (Tuesday 14 June 2022).

Police and family hold serious concerns for Barbara's welfare as she lives with Dementia and requires regular medication.

Barbara is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 175cm tall, of thin build, with short grey hair and blue eyes.

She wears glasses and also requires a frame or cane to assist her with walking.

Police have reason to believe Barbara may be driving a red Ford Falcon sedan with NSW registration QCR094.
