Police appeal to locate elderly woman missing from Concord West

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the Concord West area.

Sandhya Wadhera, aged 74, was last seen at her home on Queen Street about 10.30am today (Saturday 25 June 2022).

Sandhya was reported missing to officers from Burwood Police Area Command after she failed to return home from her morning walk.

Police hold concerns for her welfare as she lives with dementia.

Sandhya is described as being of Indian/Sub-Continental appearance, of slim build, about 160cm tall, and with short black hair.

She was last seen wearing black pants and white shoes.

Sandhya is known to frequent the West Concord, Olympic Park and Rhodes areas.
