Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from Sydney's west.
Lyriq Ruddell, aged 12, was last seen about 9:30pm yesterday (Tuesday 24 June 2025) in Kingswood.
Officers attached to Mount Druitt Police Area Command were notified at 4:30pm today (Wednesday 25 June 2025) and commenced inquiries to locate her. Inquiries revealed Lyriq may have been in the Newcastle area.
Police and family hold concerns for Lyriq's welfare due to her age.
Lyriq is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 160-165cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black jumper, grey tracks pants and black shoes.
Lyriq is known to frequent the Mount Druitt and Penrith areas.
