Police appeal to locate girl missing from Murray River

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing in the Murray River region.

Ella Warnock, aged 15, was last seen leaving a unit on Kestrel Avenue, North Albury on Tuesday (5 July 2022) and has not been seen since.

When she was unable to be contacted, officers attached to Murray River Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Ella's welfare due to her age.

Ella is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 165cm to 175cm tall, of medium build, with long, dark brown-to-black hair and blue eyes. She also has a tattoo of a cross and heart on her left hand.

She is known to frequent the Albury, Lavington and Wodonga areas.
