Police are appealing for assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's west.
Zahara Clift, aged 17, was last seen in Parramatta on Wednesday 27 October 2022.
Officers from Nepean Police Area Command were notified when she couldn't be located or contacted.
Concerns are held for Zahara's welfare due to her age and medical conditions that require treatment.
Zahara, from Mount Vernon, is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 150cm tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Anyone who sees Zahara, or believes they know her whereabouts, is urged to contact police.
