Police appeal to locate man missing from Liverpool 13 January

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south-west.

Mahmoud Bahsa, aged 69, was last seen at a shopping centre on Macquarie Street, Liverpool about 2.30pm on Friday (12 January 2024).

When he was unable to be located, officers attached to Liverpool City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold serious concerns for Mahmoud's welfare

Mahmoud is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 170cm-180cm tall, thin build, with short grey hair, black eyes and tattoos on both arms.

He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black pants and black shoes.

He is known the frequent the Liverpool and Green Valley areas

Anyone with information into Mahmoud's whereabouts is urged to contact Liverpool City Police Area Command or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
