Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Wollongong 3 May

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a man missing from the state's south.

Laurence Andrews, aged 58, was last seen on Virginia Street, North Wollongong, about 6pm on Tuesday (29 April 2025).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Wollongong Police District were contacted and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for his welfare.

Laurence is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, of thin build, with short hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt and pants.

He is known to frequent Puckeys Reserves North Wollongong, Fairy Meadow, Towradgi Beach, Stuart Park and North Wollongong areas.
