Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south.
Carl Austen, aged 58, was last seen in Carlton about 11.30am today (Thursday 7 August 2025).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to St George Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Carl's welfare as he lives with a number of medical conditions that require medication.
Carl is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall with a slim build, with brown hair, a grey beard and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a white/blue coloured long sleeve flannelette shirt and back pants.
Carl is known to frequent the St George area.
