Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.
Sean Grealish, aged 61, was last seen in Girraween about 9am on Friday 15 August 2025.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Sean's welfare as he lives with a number of medical conditions.
Sean is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm-180cm tall, of slim build, fair complexion, with short grey hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a white hooded jumper and black tracksuit pants, and may be carrying a blue sleeping bag.
Sean is known to frequent the Central Railway Station, Sydney CBD, Parramatta and Girraween areas.
