Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Sydney's CBD 19 August

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney, who is believed to have travelled to the Illawarra region.

Joshua Apps, aged 27, was last seen on Castlereagh Street, Sydney, yesterday morning (Monday 18 August 2025).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Sydney City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for his welfare.

Joshua is described as being of Caucasian appearance with short balding hair, and about 175cm tall with medium build.

Police believe Joshua may have recently travelled to the Dapto / Koonawarra area.
