Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Shellharbour 8 September

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a man missing from the state's Illawarra Region.

Wayne Neaves, aged 55, was last seen in Shellharbour, about 12pm on Friday 29 August 2025.

Unable to be located or contacted since, officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District were notified and commenced inquiries to find him.

Police and family hold concerns for Wayne's welfare.

Wayne is described as having a tanned complexion, about 185cm tall with a large build, and has short black and grey hair.

Wayne is known to frequent the Oak Flats and Albion Park areas.

Anyone with information in relations to Wayne's whereabouts is urged to contact Lake Illawarra Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
