Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's east.
Scott Chatfield, aged 46, was last seen leaving a hospital on Barker Street, Randwick, about 2pm yesterday (Friday 3 October 2025).
When he couldn't be located or contacted, officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family have concerns for Scott's welfare as he requires medical treatment.
Scott is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 185cm tall, of medium build, with brown hair, and tattoos on both calves and left hand.
He was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper, black shorts with a white stripe down both sides and black New Balance shoes.
Scott is known to frequent the Batemans Bay, Liverpool, and Fairfield areas.
