Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.
Erfan Mossadeghi, also known as Eric, aged 33, was last seen in Penrith on Thursday 16 October 2025.
He last spoke to his family by phone on Sunday 19 October 2025.
He has been unable to be located or contacted since and officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
About 9.30am on Friday 24 October 2025, officers attached to Coffs/Clarence Police District were notified that a vehicle Eric was believed to be driving was located on a bush track off Wiriri Road, Billys Creek about 25km northeast of Dorrigo.
Eric was not with the vehicle and police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare.
Eric is described as being of Middle Eastern / Mediterranean appearance, about 180cm tall, of medium build, with short brown hair and brown eyes.
