Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state's Northern Tablelands.
Kenneth Rayner, aged 43, was last on Mcbean Avenue, Armidale about 8am today (Monday 3 November 2025).
When he could not be located, officers attached to New England Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold serious concerns for his welfare.
Kenneth is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 180cm tall, thin build, bald with brown eyes.
He is known to frequent the Armidale area.
