Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.
Jinde Lin, aged 35, was last seen at a hospital in Concord, about 7:15pm on Saturday 8 November 2025.
Officers attached to the Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Jinde's welfare due a medical condition.
Jinde is described as being of Asian appearance, about 160cm tall, of slim build, with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, long green pants and grey slippers.
Jinde is believed to frequent the Darlinghurst, Campsie, Auburn, Burwood, Regents Park, St Leonards and Epping areas.
