Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Camperdown 12 November

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's inner west.

Peter Edwards, aged 65, was last seen at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital at Camperdown around 2.45pm today (Wednesday 12 November 2025).

When he could not be contacted or located, officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

There are concerns for Peter's welfare as he lives dementia and has mobility issues.

Peter is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170-175cm, thin build, with grey hair and a grey beard. He was using a two-handled rolling walking aid.

He was last seen wearing black pants and purple/white checkered long sleeve shirt.

Peter is known to frequent the Camperdown, Newtown and Central Station areas and may also be using the rail network and could be sleeping rough.
