Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south west.
Jason Phillips, aged 34, was last seen on Queen Street, Campbelltown, about 2am on Monday 22 December 2025.
Officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command were notified on Friday 26 December 2025 and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Jason's welfare as he requires a regular medication.
Jason is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm – 180cm tall, of medium build, with dark short hair and blue eyes. He has a nose ring and large black stud earrings in both ears.
He was last seen wearing a red flannel hooded shirt, a black hat and black pants.
Inquiries have established he may be carrying a black backpack and a green Woolworths eco bag.
Jason is believed to frequent the Bondi, Green Square, Zetland and Sydney's CBD areas.
