Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man reported missing from Sydney's west.
Adam Bellwood, was last seen leaving a hospial at Blacktown about 9pm yesterday (Thursday 22 January 2026).
When he failed to return and couldn't be located, officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
The man provided the name to hospital staff; however, police have been unable to verify it as being correct and hold concerns for the man's welfare.
The man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged 35-40 years old, of large build, with short dark hair and a beard. He has a large Union Jack tattoo on his right forearm.
He was last seen wearing a green t-shirt, black shorts and carrying a backpack.
